Denise Jacobs - Registered Dental Hygienist

I started with Gingrich Dental in 1993. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Margaret's father Arthur Gingrich, until his retirement, and meeting her grandfather Y.O. Morris, but he was retired at that time.

I graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Mott Community College in Flint MI in 1984. I started working in Imlay City, in the thumb area. My husband and I had the opportunity to move to the Pine River School district with our family in 1990. I was able to work part time until my youngest child was in 6 ^th grade. I am blessed to have a job that I love, and even full time is four 9 hour days.

It is a blessing to work for a dentist that has a heart to serve. My goal in my job has always been to make a difference and help people to improve their health. I also wanted to improve the dental "phobias" people develop with bad past experiences. I feel motivated to improve myself and strive to contribute to the awesome team we have here at Gingrich Dental.

Debra Wall - Registered Dental Hygienist

I grew up in Leroy and attended Ferris State University. I been at Gingrich Dental since 2004. I love that our office feels like a big family and we see patients of all ages. My goal is to provide comfortable yet thorough care and to educate patients on how to improve their oral health.

I live in Shepherd with my boyfriend, Jeff and our two dogs, Finn and Molly. I spend a lot of time outdoors, especially walking in the woods. I enjoy gardening, writing, photography and art.

Kathy Fribley - Office Manager/Semi-Retired

I moved to Big Rapids in 1981, attended Ferris State College and earned an Associate degree. I interviewed with Dr. Arthur Gingrich and was awarded the receptionist job with my first day starting January 4, 1984. I decided to retire October 2020 with 36 years under my belt but still come in one day a week to help out.

My husband and I have raised 4 amazing sons and have been blessed with grandchildren. I enjoy reading, sewing, painting and traveling.

Melinda Stout - Dental Assistant

Melinda joined our team in July of 2016 as an Office Manager in training. Since then she has been certified in radiology, CDBP (Certified Dental Business Professional), and now has joined us as a Dental Assistant. She is advancing her career by going to school to get her CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) and then will pursue RDA (Registered Dental Assistant).

Outside of the office Melinda enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and dog Baxtor! Her hobbies are hunting, golfing, camping, hiking and taking the family on adventures.

Michele Kailing - Dental Assistant

I was born and raised in Reed City, Michigan and still reside there with my husband Jeff. Jeff and I were married September 23, 1989 and have 6 adorable Grandsons and 2 Beautiful granddaughters. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, reading, crocheting and bike riding. I have been assisting Dr. Margaret and patients since 2006. I love the staff that I get to work with and I love what I do!

Traci Burrows - Office Assistant

Traci graduated from Big Rapids High School. She currently lives in Reed City with her fiancé after moving back from down state to be closer to their families and friends. Traci has two fur children, a cat named Toby and a Pomeranian named Rufio. She enjoys baking, reading, watching movies and spending time with her family.
