Amanda W., CDBP,- Office Manager
Amanda joined the Gingrich Dental family in September 2021. She has a background in Orthodontics and Hospitality Management. Amanda is married to her High School sweetheart and has a beautiful daughter and two spoiled fur babies. She enjoys traveling to Disney World with her family, attending concerts and the symphony, watching the Detroit Lions lose and all things Christmas! Amanda has four grandbabies, two girls and two boys, that she loves spending all her time with. The tie-breaker, a granddaughter, will be arriving in May, 2026. She was a proud recipient of CMU's prestigious Leadership Advancement award and is a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda, a national collegiate honors society. Amanda has recently completed the Certified Dental Business Professional program. A fun fact about Amanda is that she was trained by Disney in the field of Hospitality Management.
Melinda joined our team in July of 2016 . Since then she has been certified in radiology, CDBP (Certified Dental Business Professional), and now has joined us as a Dental Assistant. She has advanced her career by going to school to get her CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) and then her RDA (Registered Dental Assistant).
Outside of the office Melinda enjoys spending time with her husband, and three children. Her hobbies are hunting, golfing, camping, hiking and taking the family on adventures.
Michele K. - Certified Dental Assistant
I was born and raised in Reed City, Michigan and still reside there with my husband Jeff. Jeff and I were married September 23, 1989 and have 6 adorable grandsons and 2 beautiful granddaughters. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, reading, crocheting and bike riding. I have been assisting Dr. Margaret and patients since 2006. I love the staff that I get to work with and I love what I do!
Traci K. - Office Assistant
Traci graduated from Big Rapids High School. She currently lives in Reed City with her husband after moving back from down state to be closer to their families and friends. Traci has two fur children, a cat named Toby and a Pomeranian named Rufio. She enjoys baking, reading, watching movies and spending time with her family.
Lorene is an FSU graduate and has lived in the area since 1977. She lives on the beautiful Muskegon river, and loves every minute of it. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, taking nature walks and spending time with family. Lorene is blessed with three sons, three daughter-in-laws, ten grandchildren and two spoiled Labradoodles.
Shallon J. - Registered Dental Hygienist
Shallon, just like Shannon with two L's, has been a hygienist for over fifteen years. She graduated from Kellogg Community College and then got her degree from the University of Michigan. She has taught at Ferris and worked at multiple local practices, gaining all of the experience she can. Shallon is the mother of two kids and enjoys going on new adventures with her boyfriend and children. She loves dune buggy rides in the Summer and spending as much time with her family as she can. She is also a proud fur Mama.
Alexes F. - Office Assistant
I am a local resident of the area, originally from Muskegon. Prior to living in this area, I spent 7 years living in Kentucky. At home, I have two fur babies, Pepper and Berry, who always keep me on my toes, When I’m not working I enjoy traveling, cooking, and reading.
Sonya A. - Sterilization Tech
Sonya joined our office in December, 2025. She is new to the dental field and is looking forward to learning and growing as part of the Gingrich Dental team. She is originally from Barryton, Michigan but now lives by Grant Center with her better half, Ken. She enjoys spending her free time with her kids and grandchildren. When not with family, Sonya is an avid crafter. She also enjoys canning, gardening, baking and riding snow mobiles.
AnnMarie A. - Dental Assistant
AnnMarie has lived near Chippewa Lake, Michigan all her life and now resides there with her husband Jacob. She was married March 15th, 2025 on Madeira Beach in Florida. She is a graduate from Big Rapids High School. In her free time she loves kayaking down the Muskegon river, going to thrift stores, music festivals, and being with family & friends! AnnMarie has been a Dental Assistant since 2023 and loves the field of dentistry.
